How do I use this website?
The Arts District Calendar shows a detailed and thorough list of the events going on in the area. Just click on the “Arts Calendar” button at the top of this website and use the calendar to find the events listed. Click on the day or event of interest and it will give you a description, time, day and contact information so you can make arrangements to attend.
Major events are listed in chronological order under the “Events” button at the top of this website. This page will give you a more detailed description of major events in the area.
The “Arts Directory” button at the top of this website is a list of art organizations in central Texas. This list provides a description of the organizations, their logo, link to their website and PDF downloads of their latest brochure.
The “Artists for Hire” button at the top of this website is a list of businesses in the art field: photographers, designers, painters, potters and more. If you need artist services this is the first place you should look for a listing.
The “About Us” button at the top of this website provides a brief description of how this website was started and who its founding members are.

How can my organization or business
be added to this website?
If you are an arts organization or an arts business, for example, photography, design, ceramics, painting, music, drama, and more, you can promote arts and entertainment on this website. If you are an organization you will need to be listed under the “Arts Directory” page. If you are a “for profit” business then you will need to be listed under the “Artists for Hire” page. Listings are for one year, starting on the first day of the month following registration and payment. Cost is $150.00. Download the registration form provided here in PDF form. Fill out the form and send it to the contact information listed on the form with your payment. Text, photos, logos etc. for the listing will need to be emailed to the contact information listed on the form.
